Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer

We are accepting applications for Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer. This position serves as the liaison between Westboro Toyota’s customers and our auto technicians. As the first line of customer service, the Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer is expected to solve related problems and meet pre-determined services sales objectives, explain vehicle maintenance and auto repair services to customers, and develop estimates and quotes. We are looking for a motivated professional who strives to be the best at providing customer satisfaction and on resolving customer complaints, so we can maintain our strong base of satisfied repeat customers. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of maintaining high CSI.

Westboro Toyota is looking for experienced automotive technicians to work in our service department. While Toyota certification and ASE certification are pluses, they are not required. Hourly and flat rate positions are currently available.
